Please note that all custom orders require full payment upfront and are not eligible for Afterpay or Zip Pay. Once payment has been processed, your item will be carefully crafted and shipped within 24-48 hours.

At just 9 years old, Valley has already embarked on an exciting journey as a young jewellery designer, passionately creating unique pieces that reflect her love for craftsmanship and artistic expression. Working alongside her mother, Valley carefully designs and assembles her jewellery , blending crystals, beads, and glass beads into stunning creations that are both stylish and meaningful.
Inspired by the beauty of nature and the creative process, Valley decided to name her collection Valley Flower Jewellery, symbolizing the way her ideas bloom and come to life through each piece she creates. Each design is a testament to her creativity, incorporating vibrant colors and intricate patterns that appeal to both children and adults alike.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at drof.collections@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Under Australian Consumer Law we are not obliged to provide a refund if you change your mind. If you change your mind and your order has not been shipped we can change your order if you let us know immediately.
If your order is damaged in anyway on arrival, we need to be notified
immediately within 12 hours. Photos and a description of the damage must be provided and emailed to drof.collections@gmail.com. In this instance we may refund or replace items, at our discretion. A photo must be provided for a refund or a replacement product to be issued.
